Anxiety

Quick thinking, Quick blinking,
Heart is pounding fast.
Fingers snapping, toes tapping,
How long will it last?
Eyes twitching, palms itching,
Garment starts to rend.
Head throbbing, heart sobbing,
Will it ever end?
Scalp flaking, arms aching,
Troubles by the score!
Elbows locking, knees knocking,
Can't take any more!
Voice catching, nails scratching,
Second hand is slow!
Body shaking, ground quaking,
Never felt so low!
Limbs stretching, stomach retching,
Burdens by the ton!
Skin peeling--
--calmer feeling....
...my exam is done!
